As these flapjacks contain honey, they are not suitable for babies under one year old.
Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
2 pears, grated
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
200g oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp ground ginger
Method
1) Preheat oven to 180c
2) Add banana, pears, honey, coconut oil and peanut butter to a bowl, and mix well
3) Add oats and ground ginger and combine
4) Pour into a lined baking tin, and cook for 25 minutes (until golden brown on top)
