This idea was simple; I had some leftover baby-bolognese (basically, bolognese without the stock cube!), and some leftover mashed potato… so guess what I did…??
This is quite the ultimate left-over recipe. I’m a big fan of just mixing stuff up together and see what works!
Ingredients
Leftoverbolognese
1 potato, mashed
1 medium egg, beaten
Breadcrumbs
Method
1) Mixbolognese and mashed potato together, 1 tablespoon of bolognese at a time so that it doesn’t go too runny
2) Form bite-sized patties
3) Coat with beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs
4) Fry for 3 minutes each side (until golden)
