Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

This single serving will satisfy you when you’re craving cake!Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp self raising flour
3 tsp granulated sweetener (like Total Sweet) / sugar
1 tsp coconut oil
4 tbsp milk
2 tsp chocolate chips

Instructions
Put the flour and sweetener into your favourite mug and mix
Then add the coconut oil and milk and mix again.  The mixture should be fairly thick.
Add the chocolate chips and poke them down a little so they are just poking through.
Put in the microwave for approx. 60 seconds (microwaves vary, so keep an eye on it!).
The sponge should have a slight spring to it when you take it out.
Leave to cool slightly and enjoy.

If you don’t have coconut oil, you can use vegetable oil.  Just use 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and use 3 tbsp milk instead of 4.
