This recipe makes around 6 patties, so this is great for a dinner for baby/toddler one night, and then for lunch the next day too.  Why not double the recipe and make larger pork burgers for yourself?

200g minced pork
1/2 apple, grated
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Seasoning (optional)
Oil (olive/sunflower/coconut) for frying

Put all meatball ingredients into a bowl, and mix well
With damp hands, shape into small equal sized patties (so they all cook at the same time)
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan
Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes each side, until they are cooked through

These would also cook in the Airfryer. I would suggest 8 minutes, turning occasionally (keep an eye on them though!)
