Suitable as a finger food from 6 months.  Babies love sweet potatoes!  They’re so versatile (I use them a lot, as my recipes show!) and are great for all the family to enjoy.

1x Sweet Potato
Olive Oil

Pre-heat your oven to 180c
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
Peel your sweet potato
Cut into fries/wedges and put into a bowl
Add a glug of oil into the bowl; just enough to give the fries a light coating
Add pepper to taste
Transfer onto the baking tray
Cook for approx. 40 minutes, until soft (I usually just stick a sharp knife into the largest one to see if it’s done.  If it is; the others will be too!)
Allow to cool, and then serve!

Storage instructions
You can keep these cooked in the fridge for a couple of days; my baby is happy to eat these cold
